Introduction

The sand washing machine is a washing equipment for sandstone (artificial sand, natural sand). Sand washing machine is widely used in the washing of materials in sand and gravel, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical, water conservancy and hydro power, concrete mixing stations and other industries. Single wheel sand washing machinehas the functions of sand washing and fine sand recovery, it can extract the fine sand in the muddy water after sand washing, thereby obtaining 0-5mm sand, final coarse and fine sand grade is reasonable. Sand washing wheel has a simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain. The equipment is divided into two parts: the wheel washing machine and the fine sand recycling. According to the customer's requirements, the double-row wheel or the three-row wheel can be customized. The fine sand recovery part is determined by the amount slurry water and sand concentration in the water mixture, so that we can properly configure the model and quantity of the cyclone, the slurry pump, and the dewatering screen.

Working principle

Materials below 5mm enter the feed end of the wheel sand washing machine with water. The sand washing wheel stirs the sand and picks it up. The screen of the sand washing machine is 3mm, and then it is sent to the dewatering screen. The spray pipe cleans the sand twice. At the same time, under the action of the dewatering screen, the clean finished sand is dehydrated and desilted and sent from the screen outlet to the conveyor belt.
The tail water from the overflow of the sand washer is discharged into the water tank below the sieve through the pipeline. The slurry pump draws the tail water and drives it into the cyclone to recover the fine sand. The fine sand is discharged into the linear dewatering screen of the all-in-one machine, and the coarse sand discharged from the sand washing machine is evenly mixed and washed, and then dewatered and discharged to the conveyor belt.
